  • Intake forms and signed documents

  • Secure messages with your counselor

  • Telehealth session data (video/audio connection only, not recordings)

Important:

  • SimplePractice is HIPAA-compliant and protects your information with industry-standard security.

  • Your portal account belongs to you. You may update billing details and certain information directly in the portal.
